Crash

That's what I did this morning during the run. It was so NOT pretty. So warm and really really muggy. I made it 15.71 miles and had absolutely no desire to round 'er up to 16. None whatsoever. I just had nothing in the tank and my legs were cramping AGAIN. My camera is nonfunctional right now so I have no photos to post. The one below was taken with my phone. I'll get them posted when I can.

Happy 40th Birthday Dan Strain!!

After the run and blueberry bread and monster cookies a bunch of us went off to the Crown for a leisurely breakfast. Some of THEM had beer. :-)
