Well, my one race for the year is in the books. It went OK, but I wish I'd have run about 2 minutes faster but I guess that wasn't to be today. But with NO speed training this year, no racing, and plenty of injuries I guess I have to be satisfied with the outcome. Here's the lowdown:

It was a beautiful day for the 10-miler, though I think it got warm for the marathoners.

After finishing the 10-mile, Team R.E.D. hung out at mile 26 and we watched our friends finish the marathon.
