Greetings from OBX!!

It's absolutely beautiful here. We're still formulating plans for the day (the temp is good, but it's extremely windy from the north), but I've had my oatmeal, a 2-mile run, so "all good".

The house is un.be.liev.a.ble. The biggest house I've ever, ever seen. 12 bedrooms, 15 baths, 3 floors, theater, pool table, arcade games, a kitchen as big as some apartments.
