So it'll be "just the facts". Yesterday, run 4.0 lift and swim 1 hour. Legs are tired from being on them all day every day. Today, 10.08 mile run in the humidity and rain. Yesterday picked 6 pints of raspberries at FireFly Berries in record time. The bushes are LOADED. Baking cookies for the weekend. My sister is getting married in the Chicago area on Saturday. Just registered for the Minneapolis Duathlon on 8/28. There you go. Just the facts.
