U.N.C.L.E!!

Mother Nature ... I give in!! You win!! Another shoe-soaker of a run this evening--5.5 miles on the track including 8 x 1/4 mile. I wanted to do 10, but my right leg was cramping on the 8th. 96 degree heat index. Definitely not pretty. Actually ... downright ugly and pretty slow. The nitty gritty: 1:35 1:33 1:32  1:35  1:35  1:36  1:36  1:36 Then it was off to Twigs to find out that the place was packed. So then it was off to Brothers. Stopping by Brothers were ... Erin, Andy, Roger, Paul, Mike, Randy, me, Noah. Also on the hills or track but unable to join us afterwards ... Joe, Sam, Tom W.

In the morning, Rochester bids a fond farewell to Noah, who's off to UMD for medical school. We will miss you Noah!

Tod Bellrichard found an interesting event ... a Mud Run on Sept. 11. Here's the scoop: Mud Run

Well, I'm off to Byron in the morning for a 5:30 AM Progressive Run. One more try at a 6:30 mile at the end of a 7 miler. My legs are really tired and sore. I don't think it's gonna happen tomorrow.

Sweet dreams. ;-)
