Tired!! Yesterday started off with a long run at the RAC. The scheduled mileage was 15 or so. A few people were meeting at 6:25 to get in about 5 early miles, and I decided to join them. We ran up to and around IBM, getting in 4.5 before joining the rest for the pre-run instructions.
Then we were off on a 15 mile tour of Rochester,
visiting 7th St NW, Mayo H.S. (thank you Tonia),
where we were busted ...
(that's Joe Mayerle), Willow Creek Middle School and up toward Silver Lake...
before heading back to the RAC.
There were cookies to be eaten, of course.
Then it was off to the Crown Restaurant for breakfast.
My desktop and Blogger are giving me fits right now and my patience is running thin. TBC!!
