Bummer

Yesterday morning I was walking briskly/jogging down Folwell Drive and as the day went on, some tendon behind my left knee got more and more sore. And swollen. So now, I am apparently injured again. I have no idea what I did wrong, but I am very bummed out. So it's ice, rest, and more ice.

I am on vacation this week. Had the MOST delicious dinner last night. Penne pasta with salmon in a dill caper cream sauce. TO. DIE. FOR.



Can you say "Java Chocolate Caramel Cup" three times fast? If so, Gret at Scoop's will give you (or at least he gave me!) a HUGE scoop for free. Thank you Greg!!
