Cooking Light, November 2008

Wonderful meal last night at Pam's house! Everything was so tasty and I enjoyed it all. Had I to make choices for faves: Brussels Sprouts, the Onion Soup, Apple/Squash Tian and the Tarte Tatin. But all the recipes were keepers.

We're certainly experiencing changeable, and very winter-like weather. Drive carefully. Tread carefully.

I have to know what the brussels sprout recipe was!!! They are one of my all time favorite foods!
