It was a nice, mild evening for a run with Team R.E.D. 10.02 total miles. 4+ early miles at 5:25PM and the rest with the crew. I'll post a few pix tomorrow. Paul Thomford joined us. It was so nice to see him again! Sam Ellis was there to socialize but not run. It was nice to see him as well.
The run at the RAC on Saturday is scheduled to be 12 miles. There are some frontloaders heading out at 6:10 for 6 early miles. Feel free to join in. Just meet in the RAC parking lot.
