Med-City Prep

Med-City is upon us!! I spent yesterday evening helping Peg set up the Running Room booth at the Med-City expo. Fun!! It's a real live expo folks ... stop down today 10 to 8 at the Exhibition Hall at the Civic Center.

They have some cute new clothes ... I picked up a black top and skirt which you can see hanging on the manequin on the edge of the photo above. Totally cute. Pleats in the back on the top and the skirt and a very flattering cut to the top. Right around the corner from the Running Room ... the Trader Joe's booth. :-) Also, this is the location for packet pick-up. I'll be working that from 3:30 to 8:00 PM.

Yesterday's workout: run to the Y, lift, swim, run home. A good workout. Today ... not sure yet. :-)
